What I want to know is what happened to all the hot red head chicks they had in 80's cartoons
think of mary-jane from spiderman, april from the ninja turtles..etc.
all the cartoons back then had hot red heads in them

where did they all go? your thoughts?
we should see a return of that haha

what has he done for peace?
sent 10,000 more troops to the middle east
have war and peace become synonyms and I wasn't told?


no wonder Sartre wouldn't except his Nobel Prize..

I was watching Jeopardy and one of the categories was all questions from Moby Dick
I'm sitting there yelling at the tv!
haha
nobody knew the answers and I knew ALL of them
they are basic questions about Moby Dick!!
I could have won money if I was on that episode!

what coffee place is named after a character in the novel?
starbucks!
how do you not know that?!!

Massachusetts passed a bill to deal with quarantines and such during a pandemic in the state
some of the laws passed in the bill include:

"to require the owner or occupier of premises to permit entry into and investigation of the premise"
that means without a warrant..

and

"an individual who is unable or unwilling to submit to vaccination or treatment shall not be required to submit to such procedures but may be isolated or quarantined"

"Law enforcement authorities are authorized to "arrest without warrant any person whom the officer has probable cause to believe has violated an order for isolation or quarantine and shall use reasonable diligence to enforce such order. Any person who knowingly violates an order for isolation or quarantine shall be punished by imprisonment of not more than 30 days and may be subject to a civil fine of not more than $1,000 per day that the violation continues."

so I just recently got into the author Truman Capote
and I really enjoy him, he's a great writer
and the love I have for him as an author was greatly confirmed when I was reading one of his books the other day and he said Graham Green was a great author until the Vatican got a hold of him
hahaha I will never get back those minutes in my life that took me to read The End of the Affair, worst book ever (I totally agree with Capote)

I just read In Cold Blood which was fun and now I'm working on Music For Chameleons

I'd figure you would have been first, I mean at least before Iowa

I wonder who will be next.. Texas right?
it would sure erase all those stereotypes we've amassed about you guys over the years


on another note:
after Saturday I am all done!
and then next Saturday the 16th is graduation
I don't see why graduation has to be so early in the morning though.. we can graduate just the same at 1 pm..

So today professor sorenson comes in with crazy hair and everyone is like why is your hair sticking straight up like that
and he said he took too much viagra last night haha
and one of the students goes did you call a doctor?
and he's like no when you take too much viagra you call a prostitute
hahaha

and also he told me I only had to answer one of the questions on the take home final, to give me a break since i'm a senior


tomorrow is my colloquium, i'm working on making sure it only runs ten minutes long
I have so much I want to talk about

then my cousins wedding saturday
that will be fun

really, swine flu?
all of you meat eaters need to stop spreading pandemic diseases around the world
there's mad cow, then the bird flu, and now swine flu?
really?!
keep your livestock in better condition so we all don't die or better yet stop having livestock all together it would really cut back on all of these unnecessary deaths

I mean people during the plague realized they needed to take baths, same thing

seriously, swine flu is like a zombie virus
no cure and it is spreading like wild fire

i've watched enough zombie movies to know when we need to start the whole quarantine situation..

saw some baby cows (calves)

wrote another article for the Salem Gazette
my internship ends soon

then I graduate May 16th

then I need a job :-(

why must unemployment be at an all time high?!
that was a rhetorical question I can rant about the answer to that for months


I hope everyone is prepared for finals!
